On-Site Assessment
Find the source. Understand the conditions.
We begin with an on-site visual assessment to understand what is happening, identify moisture or ventilation conditions that may contribute to microbial growth, and determine the appropriate treatment approach.
Assessment may include evaluation of attics, crawlspaces, living spaces, HVAC systems and other areas of concern.
ASSESSMENT PRICING
Distance fee (credited toward treatment):
$50 per 30 minutes (round trip)
$100 per hour (round trip)
The assessment fee is applied to your final invoice if you move forward with treatment.
