OUR TREATMENT PROCESS
Every property is different. We begin by evaluating the odor source and identifying any underlying moisture, contamination, or ventilation issues requiring correction.
When appropriate, controlled ozone treatment may be incorporated into our odor-control process. High-output ozone treatments are performed only in unoccupied spaces, with people and pets excluded during treatment.
Following treatment, the area is ventilated and evaluated for safe re-entry. Re-entry is authorized only after appropriate ozone concentration verification.
