Peter Pesek founded BIOrganic after years of working in real estate, where he saw firsthand how often moisture problems were misunderstood or treated only at the surface.
Today, he brings his building knowledge, environmental awareness, and practical approach to helping homeowners understand not just where mold is growing, but why it's there in the first place. By explaining what he finds and offering honest recommendations, he helps homeowners make informed decisions about their property.
